Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Exceptions may be made only in cases of shipping-related damage and must follow the procedure below:
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
– Do not open the box.
– Take clear, high-resolution photos of all sides of the unopened, damaged packaging.
– Contact us immediately at tsamoylovaart@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
– We will review the documentation and provide further instructions.
If the box appears undamaged, but the artwork inside is damaged:
– You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
– Include detailed photos of the packaging, protective materials, and the artwork itself.
– Claims made after 24 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
All approved damage claims may result in a replacement or store credit.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination and carrier availability. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is shipped.
All artwork is carefully packed to industry standards using reinforced materials. Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for high-value shipments.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within the state of Texas, as required by law. Orders shipped outside Texas may not include sales tax depending on the destination state’s rules.
